On June 17th (Monday), we discovered an issue where Challenge: Trial of Water ranking rewards were not being properly received.

As a result, a first no-downtime patch has been applied to address this issue.

We kindly ask all captains who did not receive their ranking rewards to check if the issue has been resolved.

Please note that some captains may need an additional client patch to receive the rewards properly.
