Hello, this is Xenon, the PD of Grand Saga IDLE: KNIGHTS X KNIGHTS.


Despite various issues, we have received so much love that the number of new global commanders continues to grow.

However, we have been facing simultaneous issues such as unexpected bugs, optimization processes for different languages, and errors in skill and product descriptions. This has caused delays in communication, including notices.


Additionally, we apologize once again for the time it has taken to show you our improved version while working on the collaboration with the anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End". 

We will continue to work hard to enhance your enjoyment.


Although it is challenging to respond to all reported issues immediately, we assure you that we are checking all the reported issues, and we promise to address and organize everything thoroughly.


Below, we share the progress and rewards for the following items:


1. Enhancement of the Ad Removal Package Product

- Improvement of the basic recharge limit feature for ad removal benefits.

- The basic recharge limit will be increased from 3 to 4 when the ad removal package is purchased, reducing login burden.

- Additional benefits will be retroactively given to commanders who have already purchased the ad removal package.

- A total of 28 dungeon tickets, 7 for each dungeon, will be provided.


2. Compensation Plan Related to the 4-Star Notice of Cumulative Summons in Pickup Summons

There was an issue where the notice intended to increase understanding of hero and artifact pickup exchange was incorrectly communicated due to internal communication errors. Although the tooltip will be corrected, we will guarantee the minimum 4-star quantity for commanders who proceeded with the pickup summons based on the notice.


We apologize for the misunderstanding caused by the 4-star notice, and retroactive compensation will be provided after the pickup ends.

- Only the heroes and artifacts obtained from each pickup will be counted.

- Regular draws, hot deal package purchases, and hero summon boxes are excluded.

- The counting point is when each draw reaches the ceiling.

- For Chloe, the draw count up to the 10,000th draw will be checked.

- If the obtained quantity is less than the 18 required for 4 stars, the difference will be provided.

- Maximum compensation:

  4 stars (18) - cumulative summon reward (15) = 3 pieces.


After the artifact pickup ends, commanders who have reached the 16,000 draw ceiling will be checked, and any shortages in the 4-star "Feast of Flowers" will be compensated. Similarly, for the hero pickup, if the number of probability-up heroes obtained through the pickup draw is less than the 4-star amount at the 20,000 or 10,000 draw points, the shortage will be compensated.


3. Arena

During the initial planning stage, we designed a light arena mode for casual play and exchange points, as well as a hardcore arena for top commanders. However, due to adjustments in the development roadmap, the direction of the upper arena was not initially disclosed, causing concern and inconvenience related to abuse elements.

We plan to improve the ranking fairness and cumbersome aspects of the arena by addressing issues such as changes in opponents upon re-entering through game restarts and event menus, applying the same calculation rules for attack and defense team power.

Arena power calculation will include:

- Hero level and star effects

- Keystone effects

- Ring effects

- Artifact effects


Compensation will be retroactively applied for the arena that ended on June 2, including Legend Hero Summon Boxes and diamonds.

3rd | 20,000 diamonds

4th-11th | 10,000 diamonds

Others | 5,000 diamonds


Due to the time required to determine eligible participants, rewards will be provided with a separate notice next week.

Changes to Arena Season 3 will be applied with the Tuesday update.


From the next season, the point prices of some items will be reduced.


4. Monster Evasion and Accuracy Adjustment

We have monitored and simulated the excessive evasion of monsters in stages after stage 1230 since the launch. However, due to the delicate nature of balance adjustments, we couldn't provide a detailed direction in advance.


■ Hit and Evasion Issues

- We plan to make short-term adjustments to the difficulty level from specific stages, especially after stage 1230.

- Provide additional team strengthening methods by offering means to weaken monsters.


5. Difficulty in Online Idle Play

We are discussing solutions to the issue where the team's status is not restored after clearing monster waves, causing problems in the hunting grounds. Since this is related to the value of healers and tanks, we will consider multiple aspects before implementing any changes.


Immediate challenge to the maximum stage upon connection has been implemented, and updates including stage selection features will be announced soon.


6. CS Response Improvement

We apologize for the unsatisfactory processing speed of payment issues and various inquiries. As more commanders join and play globally, we have implemented the following measures:


- Increased staff for improved service quality and established a 24-hour response system, including weekends.

- Real-time process coordination with the publisher for payment cancellations.


7. OS Price Issues for Stage Passes 4, 5, and 6

An abnormal price exposure issue in Android has been normalized as of 2 AM on June 11 (UTC). 

For Captains who purchased the respective passes on iOS until June 11, additional bonus diamonds (25,000 per pass) will be provided considering the initial price difference. Example: Commanders who purchased 3 passes (4-6) will receive 75,000 bonus diamonds.
