We sincerely apologize to all Captains for the inconvenience caused by the previously identified issues with the  Challenge’s first clear rewards and Artifact Dungeon rewards.

To address these issues, compensation will be provided starting from July 3rd at 10:30 UTC. 

Please refer to the details below for more information.

■ Compensation for Challenge Stages 32 and 37 Reward Issues

• Issue: 50 Hero Summon Tickets awarded for clearing Challenge Stages 32 and 37
• Compensation will be delivered to the Captains who have received the rewards during June 21st after maintenance - June 25th before maintenance
• Compensation: 1 Hero Summon Ticket for the previous rewards

※ The compensation will be provided retroactively to users who received the affected rewards.

■ Compensation for Artifact Dungeon Reward Configuration Error

• Issue: Configuration error in Artifact Dungeon rewards when clearing
• Compensation to all players who received the issue related rewards before the fix
• Compensation: Equivalent number of Legendary Artifact Summon Tickets
