We have confirmed that the probability table has not been updated after changing the Rate-up Artifacts.
We've fixed the issue at 14:45 (KST) and you can check out the renewed probability table in the game.
Please note that the probability of Rate-up Artifact is normally functioning and only the probability table isn’t displayed now.
