Dear Captains,

We would like to inform you about the issues currently after the recent 1.24.0 update.

[Confirmed Issue 1]

▶ It has been confirmed that heroes, artifacts, and pets can be simultaneously assigned to both the front and back rows in certain situations during deck setup.
This issue occurs under the following two cases and may cause the game to crash immediately after completing the deck setup.

Cases and Guidelines

▶ Artifact-Related

• Condition: When selecting an artifact directly and using the "Switch" button to transfer it between the front and back rows.
• Guideline: When switching artifacts, please ensure that the currently assigned artifact is removed first before assigning a new one.

▶ Heroes, Artifacts, and Pets

• Condition: When using the "+" button at the top of the deck setup screen to automatically assign one unit at a time.
• Guideline: Please avoid using the "+" button for automatic assignment. Instead, use the "Assign" button to manually equip units.

This issue can occur in any content that requires the use of two decks, such as World Arena, Arena Season 1, and Server Defense.

We kindly ask for your understanding and caution while using these features.

Additionally, a non-maintenance patch will be applied within approximately 2 hours to temporarily disable the buttons causing this issue.

[Confirmed Issue 2]

▶ It has been confirmed that the number of participants displayed in the World Arena exceeds the actual number of participants.

• This issue was found to be caused by unintended residual test account data during maintenance.

To resolve this issue, the World Arena ranking information will be refreshed.

During this process, for approximately 30 seconds, World Arena records may not be updated on your screen immediately.
If your records do not appear to be updated, simply participate in one battle in the World Arena, and the records will be properly merged and updated.
