[Actions Taken]
▶ To correct this, after clearing stage 51 in [Light Elemental King Genero - First Half], it will no longer be possible to clear any stages below 51.

※ While it is still possible to enter affected stages under the Torment, clearing them is temporarily restricted.

▶ Actions taken against 18 users who exploited the issue:

• Reset [Light Elemental King Genero - First Half] ranking scores

• Reset [Light Elemental King Genero - First Half] Torment levels

• Retain [Light Elemental King Genero - First Half] Torment rewards

※ These actions will only apply to affected users.
※ Any excessive rewards obtained will be retrieved based on challenge-end data, and temporary restrictions may be applied during the retrieval process.
※ Additional actions may be taken in accordance with operational policies.

Intentionally exploiting bugs is a serious violation and may result in restrictions, penalties, or the retrieval of rewards.

[Compensation Details]
To address the issue, the following compensation will be provided:

▶ 1 Genero’s Ring Chest
▶ 40 High-Grade Artifact Chest
▶ 2 Legendary Artifact Chest
