Dear Captains, 

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all Captains who continue to support and enjoy our game.

To provide a better service environment and richer content, the service operator of <Gran Saga Idle: KNIGHTSxKNIGHTS> will be transferred from Kakao Games Corp. to PiedPixels Inc.

Even after the service operator changes, all of your game data—including levels, currencies, heroes, and other progress—will remain fully preserved. Please continue to enjoy the game with peace of mind.

■ Service Transfer and Game Data Migration Details
- Date & Time: After maintenance on March 12, 2026 (Thursday)
- Key Changes:
1. Service operator of <Gran Saga Idle: KNIGHTSxKNIGHTS> will be transferred(Kakao Games Corp. → PiedPixels Inc.)
2. All game usage data and game data will be fully migrated as part of the service transfer

■ Additional Notice for Account Protection (Mandatory for Guest Accounts)
To prevent unexpected issues such as data loss during the transfer process,
all Captains are strongly required to issue and securely store a Transfer Number.
The Transfer Number is the most important method for quickly and securely verifying your account if any account-related issues occur.

- How to Issue:
Please refer to the screenshot below and click the in-game event popup icon to issue your Transfer Number.
[Click Icon → Issue → Enter Password → Issuance Complete]

- How to Store: Immediately take a screenshot or write it down separately and store it in a safe place.
How to Participate: Proceed with your first Transfer Number issuance.
If you issue a Transfer Number within the event period, the following rewards will be granted once per account.

[Notice on Refusing Data Migration]
If you do not wish to proceed with the game data migration, you have the right to refuse.
In this case, you may terminate your service agreement via [Menu → Account Management → Delete Account].

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Will game content or features change?
A. No. All game content, features, and updates—including the existing login methods—will continue as usual. All records such as characters, currencies, and items will remain unchanged.

Q. How can I log in after the service transfer?
A. You can continue to log in and link your account using your existing Google or Apple account.

Q. Will a guild be disbanded if the Guild Master does not complete delegation?
A. No. The guild will remain intact. If the Guild Master does not complete delegation, guild leadership will be automatically reassigned to another eligible guild member.

Q. What happens to purchased time-limited products?
A. All remaining durations of time-limited products will remain valid after maintenance.

Q. What happens to accounts restricted for policy violations?
A. Account restrictions due to operational policy violations will remain unchanged after the service transfer.

Q. Is the service being discontinued?
A. No. The service will continue. Only the service operator is changing, and content updates and operations will proceed as usual.

This service transfer has been decided to provide a smoother and more stable gameplay environment.
There will be no changes to the operations team or service quality.
