This decision was made to prioritize the security of our Knights' valuable account information, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Please find the revised schedule and the updated deadline for the Transfer Number issuance rewards below.
1. Change in Service Transfer & Data Migration Schedule
The start date for the transfer has been postponed.
- Before: After maintenance on Thursday, March 12, 2026
- After: After maintenance on Tuesday, March 17, 2026
2. [Action Required] Transfer Number Issuance & Storage
To prepare for any unexpected issues during the transfer process, please ensure you issue and save your Transfer Number in advance.
- How to Issue:
In-game event popup icon → [Issue] → Set password → Issuance complete
- How to Store:
Please take a screenshot of the issued Transfer Number or record it separately and keep it in a safe place.
- Issuance Reward:
Captains who complete Transfer Number issuance will receive a special reward after the service transfer, including 3 Dragonkin Selection Chests.
3. Special Reward for Transfer Number Issuance
Following the schedule change, the period for the special reward has also been adjusted. We are offering rewards to all Knights who complete the issuance within the deadline as a token of our gratitude.
- Reward Details: 3 Dragon Character Selection BOXes & Special Reward Bundle
- Eligibility: Accounts that complete Transfer Number issuance by 08:59, Tuesday, March 17.
- Note: Transfer Numbers can still be issued after the maintenance, but the special rewards will not be provided. Please make sure to participate within the deadline.
