We would like to offer our deepest and most sincere apologies to all Captains for the continued delay of the service transfer maintenance that began this past Tuesday.
Currently, our management team is prioritizing a "Simultaneous Global Launch across all Markets" as our top principle, ensuring that all Captains can begin their adventures fairly and at the same time on all platforms.
However, as the administrative transfer procedures and reviews for a specific market are taking significantly longer than anticipated, we have inevitably had to adjust the service transfer schedule once again to ensure a perfect transition.
Accordingly, we would like to provide an update on our current target schedule and future announcement plans.

We are putting forth our maximum effort to normalize the service before the weekend, with a top priority of opening on Saturday, March 21, at 1:00 PM.
■ Notice on Potential Schedule Changes and Delays
Depending on the review status of specific platforms, if the procedures are not completed by the night of Friday, March 20, the maintenance completion date may be further adjusted to after Monday, March 23, following the platforms' standard business days.
■ Future Announcement Plan
During the afternoon of Friday, March 20, we will closely assess the final approval status for each platform and provide a detailed announcement regarding the confirmed opening time.
We sincerely apologize once again for disappointing the Captains who have placed their trust in us and waited for so long.
We promise to do our absolute best until the very end to ensure that every single player can enjoy the game stably without anyone being excluded. Compensation for your long wait will be prepared with the utmost sincerity and announced following the completion of the maintenance.
