[Notice] Extension of Service Transfer Maintenance

Hello,
Dear Captains, this is Gran Saga Idle: KNIGHTS X KNIGHTS.

First and foremost, we would like to offer our deepest and most sincere apologies to all Captains who have been eagerly awaiting the completion of the service maintenance for having to share this unfortunate news of a further extension.

Currently, all technical preparations for the service transfer have been completed. However, the final review and approval by the markets, following the change in service entity, are experiencing delays. In particular, as the review for the Google Play Store (Android) is taking longer than anticipated, we have inevitably had to extend the overall maintenance period as follows.

 - Revised: Expected Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 04:00 (UTC+0)

■ Launch Status by Platform
We are doing our absolute best to aim for a simultaneous launch on both major markets to provide a fair environment and a synchronized starting line for all Captains. However, depending on the review status of each market, a sequential launch may occur as follows. We kindly ask for your generous understanding.

-  Apple App Store (iOS): The final review has been approved, and the service may open early during Monday, March 23 (KST).

※ If an error occurs when launching the iOS app, please use the link below to update the app directly from the App Store.

 - Google Play Store (Android): We plan to open the service as soon as the final approval from the market is granted. We are currently putting forth our maximum effort to ensure a swift passage.

※ If the Google Play Store launch is pushed beyond Tuesday, March 24, due to market circumstances, we will provide a prompt update through an additional notice.
※ Regarding any fairness issues that may arise due to the time difference between platform launches, we are internally reviewing a compensation plan that will be satisfactory to all Captains.

It weighs heavily on our hearts to disappoint our Captains who have been looking forward to their adventure for such a long time. We will do our absolute best to repay your patience with a stable and high-quality service once the maintenance is complete.
