How to submit a payment inquiry
- 1. Tap the menu (☰) in the upper right corner of the game screen
- 2. go to Settings > Account > Help Center
- 3. Tap 1:1 Contact Us
- 4. Select a payment-related category
- 5. Fill out the form with your order number, etc., and click Submit 1:1 Inquiry
